Viilla General Rules

To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules:

  1. No Smoking inside the villa, including e-cigarettes, vaping, hookah, or shisha.
  2. No illegal substances or recreational drugs are permitted on the premises.
  3. Unregistered guests, including vendors or guides, are not allowed without prior approval.
  4. Pets are not allowed in the villa.
  5. Eating meals on beds is not permitted to maintain cleanliness.
  6. Please wash and dry all utensils after use.
  7. Kindly use the bins provided for waste disposal.
  8. Clean the toilet and dry the washroom after each use.
  9. Please conserve water—turn off taps while brushing teeth, shaving, or washing dishes.
  10. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa.
  11. Do not flush tampons or sanitary napkins—please use the bin provided.
  12. Guests may use the fridge in the kitchen freely.
  13. Please clean up after using the gas hob, oven, and microwave.
  14. Laundry service is available for guests staying 2 nights or more.
  15. Lock the front door when leaving the villa.
  16. If anything breaks, spills, or stains, please inform our staff as soon as possible.
  17. If you need extra towels, linens, or local recommendations, feel free to ask our staff.
  18. Please raise any concerns directly with us before contacting your booking platform’s customer service.

Pool Rules – Breedon Residence

To ensure safety and hygiene at the pool, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Shower before entering the pool.
  2. Proper swimwear is required. Please avoid wearing denim.
  3. Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  4. No running, rough play, or horseplay on the pool deck.
  5. No smoking in the pool or deck area.
  6. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
  7. Glass bottles, sharp objects, and hazardous items are prohibited within the pool enclosure.
  8. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  9. Do not enter the pool if you have:
    • Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 2 weeks
    • Skin infections, open wounds, or communicable diseases
    • Eye, ear, nose, or throat infections
  10. Guests with heart, seizure, or circulatory issues should not swim alone—use a buddy system.
  11. Spitting, nose-blowing, or similar behavior in the pool is strictly prohibited.
  12. Please turn off pool lights by 12:00 AM.
  13. No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
  14. Pool Depths:
    • Deep end: 5 feet
    • Shallow end: 3.5 feet
    • Kids’ pool: 1.5 feet
